The sensation of the air against your face, the sensation of our energetic mane flowing through space, if you are into that, this is the course for you. 

The Traveling turns and Head movement course will explore our fundamental footwork while explaining how the upper body works on top of the established structure of our footwork.  

Head movement spirit animalWe will go over the breakdown of the footwork piece by piece, adding numbers and dancing on the SLOW-  followed by the breakdown of the upper body movement speeds and tips on how to find balance by exploring the counterbalance of each exploration with our powerful hips. 

This is an intermediate-level progressive course, each class starts with a full-body warm-up getting you ready for the exploration and the drills. 

TIP: As our head movement ( UPPER BODY ) requires time to adjust and feel confident in any type of tilt is recommended to watch the exercises first,  then review them and practice without looking at the camera.  The sensation of where our nose,  eyes,  heart, and feet are in space will affect any head movement. 🤪
